Some Chalets also make an ideal small conference venue for those private corporate meetings. Use the nearby Mt Lyford Lodge for meals or book Claudine's Catering for food on location. A belated but very big thank you for the accommodation at Mt Lyford earlier this month and for making the place lovely and warm for our arrival that evening. My family were in awe - loved the log cabin, surrounded by snow and the kids couldn't get enough of tromping in the snow, and then just sat in front of the fire and watched it ! (they live on the mid-north coast of NSW Australia where it's really winterless)! And then we went up to the skifield the next day and it was perfection! We were all gob-smacked by the beauty. "Just when I thought we would not find accommodation for the long weekend break at short notice, Claudine at Lyford Holiday Homes, found us the perfect place. Thank you so much to Claudine for your assistance and co-operation in helping us book a beautiful Log Chalet for our group of 8 adults and 5 children over the long weekend. The chalet was the perfect size for our group and we were able to have enough space to be all together, and yet also had our own space in bedrooms when needed. No-one in our group had been to Mt Lyford before and as it turned out, our break away up to Mt Lyford was exactly what we were looking for – relaxing, loads of fresh air and space, and an ideal place to spend time and catch up with friends.
